The
Senior Associate, under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Investor Services, is a key contributor to the team's core operations. The role encompasses creating sophisticated marketing collateral, orchestrating and managing communications and investor engagements, promptly addressing investor queries and participating in fundraising initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently navigate the intersection of finance, real estate and communication.
What you'll doEnsure the ownership and execution of daily operations, including IR group inbox maintenance, list management, data reconciliation and integrity and handling of ad-hoc investor requests
- Collaborate in the creation and evolution of investor communications and marketing materials, bringing a strong creative eye for content design, messaging and presentation
- Maintain current operational functions while pinpointing and leading efficiencies and process enhancements across the department
- Uphold comprehensive records across a diverse suite of systems, including CRM, Qvidian, Preqin/Evestment, full Microsoft Office Suite, Claude/other AI familiarity, among others
- Partner with SVP on the project management of all investor event planning and associated marketing materials
- Support the production of fund offering documents
- Collaborate on the development of materials and support mechanisms for nurturing existing and cultivating new investor relationships, inclusive of the creation of fundraising materials and ongoing fundraising support
- Prepare both qualitative and quantitative reports and conduct requested research for prospecting
What you'll bring- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics; MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in private real estate investment funds and/or private equity with institutional investors
- A comprehensive understanding of broad financial markets and indices
- A demonstrated track record of successfully building and managing processes
- The ability to translate complicated financial data and topics into a concise, consumable format
- Strong understanding of financial modeling with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Familiarity with emerging data and analytics tools and the ability to leverage data insights to support strategy and operational decision-making.

Base compensation range
$145K to $155K. Total compensation for this role also includes a
bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and to offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances unrelated to an applicant's sex or other protected status under local, state or federal law.
