POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of investment experience in Technology/AI investment, with a strong background in areas such as AI infrastructure/application, deep tech/enterprise services software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying promising investment opportunities and a track record of successful deal execution.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in startups from technical and commercial aspects
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
- Develop and present investment recommendations to the senior leadership team.
- Manage and monitor portfolio investments, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
- To inform investment decisions, stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Participate in negotiations, structuring, and closing of investment deals.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/AI or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in investment, with a focus on Tech/AI/deep tech/enterprise services software.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the technology and investment communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The annual base salary range is
$150,000 to $180,000 and will be commensurate with relevant experience.
The salary range applies to California only. The actual salary may be subject to change.
