What you'll do
You'll review monthly NAV packages, update portfolio accounting systems as needed, and maintain accurate fund accounting records.
You'll build and maintain fund accrual schedules, calculate management and performance fees, and review monthly valuation reports with third-party valuation firms.
You'll process, record, and reconcile performance reporting, contributions, distributions, corporate actions, and expense payments.
You'll prepare and manage daily, monthly, and tri-party reconciliations of positions, trades, cash, market values, and accruals, ensuring accuracy between client records and custodians.
You'll collaborate with clients, prime brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade breaks, manage subscription and redemption documentation, and support ad hoc requests.
