Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Associate with specialized expertise in financial services policy. Senior Associates are responsible for developing unique investment ideas grounded in rigorous policy analysis for our client base, which includes capital market and private equity investors. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators, and other policymakers, as well as investors across the U.S. financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of relevant professional experience, exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in both policy and financial markets. A successful Senior Associate will be a highly qualified professional able to take ownership of projects, provide differentiated insights, and thrive in Capstone's intense but rewarding, meritocratic environment.
