JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Associate Design Program Manager on the Card team, you will plan and manage the day-to-day workflow, processes, and reporting that support our growing digital and physical design project work. You'll bring structure to complex, interdisciplinary work while partnering across design, product, engineering, and research to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organizational strength and strategic mindset make a real impact. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage a digitaland physicalproduct portfolio, including project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking, and team capacity
  • Partner closely with Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters on execution, delivery, and reporting
  • Facilitate cross-impacting project discussions with multiple design teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Digital Design, Product, and Line-of-Business teams to understand business demand, plan capacity, and guide project execution
  • Track projects to ensure milestones are met, document and update project status regularly, produce reports as requested, and serve as overall traffic manager
  • Drive concept readiness and artifact quality in partnership with Digital and other teams
  • Consult with design teams to develop clear plans covering size, scope, sequence, and next steps for design activities
  • Serve as a single point of contact for project status and issue management
  • Ensure all deliverables, often complex and interlinked, are clearly specified, scoped, and agreed between client and internal teams
  • Manage small, medium, and large projects for successful delivery
  • Champion ongoing firm-wide and design team process improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience working with digital design or marketing teams
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle at scale
  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience or familiarity withMonday.comand JIRA software tools
  • Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities, and driving execution
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously, proactively, and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery while maintaining strong judgment on data privacy, risk, and human oversight.
