Senior Associate- Corporate Functions/End User Support Specialist
Responsibilities:The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting learners across the organization with a variety of questions related to their learning platforms and experiences. They will provide creative problem-solving, technical support, and trouble-shooting to help resolve technical issues within learning technologies.
This position will be responsible for researching issues and going above and beyond to provide solutions. They will interface with a variety of learners through multiple support channels (e.g., Slack, ServiceNow).
Additionally, they will maintain a question and answer dataset for our automated bot to keep the most commonly asked questions readily available without the need for human intervention. Lastly, they will also provide various reports to system administrators and leadership on trends and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in LMS administration OR Client Consulting OR End User Support
Preferred Qualifications:- At least 1 year of LMS Administration experience for a corporate organization with over 15,000 learners
- Experience with Docebo LMS or other LMS platform
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, ServiceNow, and Zoom
- Familiarity with learning content operations and lifecycle management (e.g., content publishing, retirement, metadata, or quality standards)
- Strong written and verbal communications

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Learning Associate
Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Learning Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
