Location:Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | New York, NY | Boston, MA | Denver, CO | Charlotte, NC | San Francisco, CA | Ashburn, VAYour RoleThe Sr. Associate, Contract Management plays a key role within the Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Compliance function, supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management across North America. This role ensures contracts are accurately generated, executed, maintained, and reported, while driving data integrity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement within the contract management and CLM environment.
What you'll do- Support contract generation, including template creation, service orders, amendments, and routine commercial agreements
- Manage end-to-end contract execution, including approvals, routing, and signature compliance
- Coordinate contractual notices, ensuring proper tracking, storage, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update contract data in CLM (Conga) and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Oversee contract data abstraction, storage, and retrieval aligned with data governance standards
- Generate reports and dashboards to track contract performance, obligations, and key metrics
- Support novations and contract transitions, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates
- Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues to uphold data integrity
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting automation and AI initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to support contract-related inquiries and enhance overall team effectiveness
What you'll need- Bachelor's degree required; legal or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in contract management with strong SLA delivery track record
- Experience with CLM platforms (preferably Conga) and contract lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality practices
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analytics (preferred)
- High attention to detail with ability to manage contract data accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with compliance standards and secure data handling practices

Compensation range:$80,000 - $95,000 annually
