Full Job Description
What you'll do:

The Compensation Operations Analyst supports the administration, coordination, reporting, and operational execution of enterprise compensation programs. This role focuses heavily on compensation operations, process coordination, data integrity and system support tied to compensation programs and annual compensation cycles.

This position works closely with Compensation, HRIS, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support scalable and efficient compensation operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, system-minded, analytical, and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and an interest in operational problem solving.

What You'll Do

  • Support administration and operational execution of annual compensation programs including merit, bonus, and incentive cycles.
  • Maintain compensation process documentation, timelines, trackers, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Perform compensation data uploads, validations, audits, and issue resolution activities related to compensation systems and processes.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce data summaries.
  • Partner with HRIS teams on compensation system testing, validation, workflow coordination and implementation support activities.
  • Maintain job profile data, job structure and organizational data to support compensation administration activities.
  • Participate in compensation related activities tied to organizational updates, operational initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Compensation leadership and cross functional partners including HRIS, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support efficient compensation operations and to validate compensation-related transactions and data accuracy.
  • Assist with development of manager and HR support materials including guides, templates, and communications.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, process efficiencies, and standardization.
