Senior Associate - B2B Digital Marketing is a strategic role within the B2B Client Acquisition team, responsible for supporting full-funnel lead generation and improving the overall effectiveness of our B2B website and digital marketing channels.
In this role, you will apply foundational expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and AI Search Optimization (AIO) to improve web conversion and user engagement. You will collaborate closely with demand generation, web, and product teams to execute data-driven tactics that remove conversion blockers and optimize the B2B customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing the user experience to maximize lead conversions.

How You Will Make an Impact:- CRO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive CRO tactics across core digital channels, including web, chat, paid media, and email, to steadily increase funnel conversion rates.
- Funnel Analysis: Conduct routine, in-depth analyses of digital channels, website engagement, and user behavior metrics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- A/B Testing Support: Develop and execute an A/B testing roadmap to optimize all channels, such as web, content, and paid media.
- Research Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Market Intelligence, and Customer Advocacy teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights regarding web user pain points and understand user behavior trends, and conversion blockers.
- Web Personalization: Partner with the web team in implementing audience personalization strategies, tailoring digital experiences to specific B2B target segments.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with external SEO consultants to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and establish a roadmap for future SEO optimization
- AI Engine Optimization (AIO): Develop the strategy for ongoing LLM optimization, and work with stakeholders to execute that strategy to ensure brand accuracy and high discovery rates in AI search tools.
- Chat Optimization: Optimize website chat routing protocols and AI conversational agents to accelerate lead capture and improve baseline digital engagement.
What You Bring to The Team:- Relevant Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with a dedicated focus on digital demand generation, conversion rate optimization, search engine optimization or AI search optimization
- Technical Skillset: Strong foundational understanding of core CRO, SEO, and AIO methodologies, principles, and industry best practices.
- Data & Analytics Literacy: Proficiency in marketing reporting and web tracking tools, specifically utilizing GA4, Tableau, or similar data visualization systems.
- MarTech Tool Exposure: Hands-on experience executing campaigns within tools like VWO, Marketo, Wordpress or equivalent digital marketing infrastructure.
- Project & Process Discipline: Excellent organizational, communication and project management habits, with demonstrated experience tracking workflows through platforms like Asana.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical professional experience.
