Senior Asset Management Specialist

Location: Washington, DC (FTC Headquarters / GAO Facility)

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain FTC suitability determination

Position Summary

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Senior Asset Management Specialist to support a federal logistics and asset management program in Washington, DC.

The selected candidate will lead daily asset management operations supporting the full lifecycle of government property, including receipt, inventory control, storage management, transfers, maintenance status updates, reporting, audits, and disposition activities. The position serves as the senior subject matter expert for property accountability and asset management processes and works closely with logistics, IT, facilities, security, and customer stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead daily asset management and property accountability operations.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle activities including receipt, inventory, deployment, transfer, storage, maintenance tracking, and disposition.
  • Maintain accurate asset records within ServiceNow Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Conduct data reviews and identify discrepancies requiring corrective action.
  • Support annual inventories, spot inventories, reconciliations, and audit activities.
  • Develop, update, and improve asset management procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with logistics, information technology, facilities, and security stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, performance metrics, audit responses, and executive briefings.
  • Support regulatory compliance with federal property management requirements.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum five (5) years of federal or corporate asset/property management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Management Regulations and property accountability requirements.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience using enterprise asset management platforms.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and/or Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting audits, inventories, and compliance reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal civilian agencies.
  • Experience supporting technology refresh or large-scale inventory efforts.
  • Experience developing dashboards and executive-level reporting products.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow process improvements.
  • Certified Property Manager or similar industry certification.
  • Prior experience supporting FTC, GAO, CFTC, DoD, or other federal property programs.
