This will be achieved by combining our digital, engineering, data analytics and advisory expertise from our local and global teams to deliver safe, sustainable, reliable and environmentally friendly asset management solutions for diverse asset intensive organisations, enabling strategic, tactical and operational, asset management planning and informed decision-making in a continually changing global environment.
Role accountabilities:Based in either Toronto or Calgary, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Management Advisor Professional, team to help achieve our vision. You will play a key role in business development, building strong, high-trust customer relationships and delivering measurable value to our current and future clients.
Reporting to the Asset Management Advisory Lead, Canada, you will be responsible for building a team of Asset Management Professionals capable of supporting our clients by developing AM strategy, policy and Capital Asset (CAPEX) planning; Operational Readiness and Excellence that improves Operational Performance (OPEX) that measurably reduce risk, cost and value leakage and improve performance through asset reliability and effective maintenance strategies.
As a business professional (MBA preferred), you will help develop the Asset Management Advisory practice through development of business case and use cases in support of the Sales and Growth Leadership Team and presenting the value and benefits of Asset Management to potential clients that position the team to win new work.
As a registered Canadian Professional Engineer (P.Eng), you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between Asset Management best practices and Design/Engineering of new infrastructure and upgrades of existing structures throughout the design, build, commissioning, operations and maintenance components of the asset life cycle.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP) you will be responsible for leading and successfully delivering projects on time, within scope and on budget.
Qualifications & Experience:- 10-14 years experience and a sound understanding of in asset management solutions primarily in the transportation sector (other sectors will be considered beneficial), helping resolve strategic, tactical and / or operational challenges. Examples include but not limited to life cycle plans, asset risk assessments, operations and maintenance planning, decision support tools and asset data quality assessments
- Proven Experience of working as a client or in Advisory environment
- Good understanding and familiarity with industry standards and best practice such as ISO55000 ISO31000 principles, GFMAM methodology, O.Reg588/17, PSAB3150
- Tender management and bid experience
- Good understanding of risk management (e.g. FMECA, Bow Tie, Fishbone)
- Membership of Professional Institution (e.g. IAM. PEMAC, SMRP)
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
