In this highly collaborative role, you will direct and partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Copywriters, Motion Designers, Developers, Account Managers, and Sales Directors, delivering work that seamlessly balances bold creativity with measurable performance.

Your ability to articulate complex creative strategies, build trusted executive-level client relationships, and mentor junior talent will make you a vital team leader. From spearheading dynamic, motion-enhanced campaigns to leading creative direction for high-stakes pitch presentations, your strategic decisions will directly influence campaign ROI, organic account growth, and business expansion. Demonstrating deep expertise in creative tools, production pipelines, and ad tech platforms, you will establish operational efficiencies and elevate the overall creative quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level creative team members, fostering skill development and maintaining brand consistency across deliverables.
  • Own executive and cross-functional client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and creative authority.
  • Define and refine agency-wide creative processes, protocols, and production workflows to scale quality and efficiency.
  • Lead creative direction for new business pitches and partner with account teams to drive organic expansion within existing accounts.
  • Translate complex data analytics and performance insights into strategic creative iterations that drive customer action and campaign performance.
  • Bridge the gap between design and technology by driving the integration of internal platforms, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and emerging ad tech into daily workflows.

Qualifications

What you'll bring with you:
  • 6+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment leading complex digital design and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record of connecting creative concepts directly to core business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Mastery in translating complex briefs into highly engaging interactive and personalized brand experiences.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to guide projects from strategy through final delivery.
  • Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills with extensive experience leading pitches and strategic reviews for C-suite collaborators.
  • Deep technical expertise across creative tools, development capabilities, and modern digital production pipelines.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
    • Figma (UI/UX layout, design systems, interactive prototyping)
    • Advanced Motion Graphics (animation, storyboarding, dynamic visual storytelling)
    • Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel independently for client pitch presentations, strategic workshops, and production shoots as needed.
  • Willingness to travel with a Creative Manager or Director for occasional client meetings (solo travel may apply)

Why you might stand out from other talent:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Advertising, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-level critical thinking, innovative digital concepts, and executive-level visual finish.
  • Extensive experience with data-driven creative execution, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and personalized digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing long-term, trusted client partnerships and mentoring creative staff.
  • Forward-thinking creative vision with a strong grasp of emerging design trends, generative AI workflows, and digital media technologies.
