Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, programming, and design efforts on complex projects
- Develop compelling design concepts aligned with client goals
- Guide projects through all phases
- Mentor architects and designers
- Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Lead design discussions across multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee visualizations, renderings, and presentations
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants
- Support business development efforts
- Build strong client relationships
- Help evolve design culture and standards
