Experience Bring 12+ years of experience leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.

Technical Leadership Define and oversee the overarching technical direction, system architecture, and engineering standards.

Solution Architecture Design end-to-end AI solutions architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Best Practices Establish and enforce robust best practices for machine learning development and MLOps pipelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI capabilities with core business goals.

Requirements Gathering Translate complex business needs and strategic visions into actionable AI project requirements.

Team Mentorship Guide, mentor, and elevate engineering teams to ensure successful, scalable project execution.

Innovation Drive the continuous evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AI architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI evaluation methodologies.

Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, AI observability, monitoring, governance, and production support.

Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.

Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decision-making.
