Position DescriptionThe Senior Archer Engineer will develop, test, implement, deploy, maintain, review, and administer the infrastructure hardware and software that are required to effectively manage the client's eGRC solution.

Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, related degree, or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience
- 10 Years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of performing ground-up development in Archer
- Experience with leading the full implementation of eGRC tools at an Agency or bureau level within the last four years.
- Excellent understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53 security controls.
- Ability to identify enhancements to evolve Agency Risk Management Programs.
- Ability to work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and areas for process improvement.
- Ability to continuously add value through effective project management and efficient execution.
- Experience configuring and administering the RSA Archer GRC Platform
- Experience with risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
- Experience with laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity and privacy.
- Experience with organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation).
- Ability to work with APIs for integration and data manipulation.
- Exposure to web filtering technologies.
- Basic system, network, and OS hardening techniques.
- Experience with computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Be the primary subject matter expert performing the installation and management of the RSA Archer software and hardware.
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system availability.
- Act as the primary developer and system administrator for RSA Archer.
- Design and develop custom solutions within Archer to accommodate business requirements and/or design changes.
- Troubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirements.
- Provide extensive knowledge of RSA Archer.
- Train Archer users on the use of the tool as appropriate.
- Support eGRC/Archer A&A users to understand and navigate the process and terminology.
- Manage eGRC/Archer user accounts.
- Perform bulk user upload and single-user account creation.
- Provide eGRC/Archer users with technical support.
- Transfer data to other applications for reporting purposes.
- Export/Import privacy data into SGRC/Archer ingestible templates.
- Integrate other software/applications with Archer, specifically through the use of APIs.
- Assist system users in performing the process of data import into eGRC/Archer and exporting meaningful reports to management stakeholders.
- Assist in validating data fields for use in the import process.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule; rotation is based on the number of team members.

The salary range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. It has been benchmarked in relation to the scope of the role, market rate, and internal equity. The salary for this role is expected to be in the $150,000 - $175,000 range. Where a candidate falls within the band can be determined based on one or more of the following: skillset, experience level, achievements, education, geographic location, security clearance, involvement in corporate tasks, and other non-discriminatory factors. In addition to the base salary, this role will include benefits as described above. Valiant reserves the right to adjust the salary range, experience requirements, and position responsibilities at any time without prior notice.
