  • Building production-ready AI/ML pipelines and evaluation approaches that connect model performance to business decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to assess AI feasibility, risks, trade-offs, and value for complex use cases

Select responsibilities include:

  • Drive production at scale by building robust AI/ML systems for business-critical use cases, applying strong practices for deployment, monitoring, reliability, and maintainability in partnership with engineering teams

  • Translate business requirements into AI/ML solution designs, connecting model capabilities and constraints to business workflows and identifying opportunities to improve or reimagine processes
  • Develop reusable AI/ML approaches and components across related use cases; establish rigorous evaluation and business-impact measurement practices within the team and contribute to broader standards
  • Integrate business domain expertise into AI/ML solutions by building strong stakeholder relationships, incorporating business context into technical decisions, and ensuring solutions address strategic objectives

  • 6-10 years of AI/ML research, data science, or computational research experience, or equivalent, which includes educational experience (e.g., a Master's degree)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain deep, current expertise across a breadth of AI/ML techniques and evaluate or adapt emerging and state-of-the-art methods to specific business constraints and use-case requirements
  • Proven track record leading the design and implementation of complex AI/ML solutions with multiple models or components, with strong practices for code quality, evaluation rigor, reproducibility, and responsible AI
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions that balance model performance, scalability, reliability, and operational complexity across real-time and data-intensive environments
  • Experience implementing ML solutions using commonly used tools such as Python, PyTorch, cloud ML platforms and libraries, open-source toolkits, and reusable ML components
