Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to acquire target projects, including delivering technical presentations to customers
  • Oversee project profitability throughout its lifecycle with effective change management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams to enhance satisfaction and foster growth
  • Manage globally complex projects according to company procedures (APQP/VC ProMap)
  • Independently handle RFQs, coordinating all necessary internal and external activities
  • Accountable for all project results in quality, cost, and timelines from RFQ to End of Production (EOP)
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team, conducting regular reviews and status reports
  • Engage with Top Management to provide summaries on project status

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Realize acquisition of target projects in cooperation with Sales including technical presentations at customers.
  • Monitor and assure profitability of respective projects over lifecycle through change management.
  • Build up and develop relationship to relevant technical functions at the customer and support customer engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and to enable long-term sustainable growth.
  • Manage global projects with high complexity and impact to the company according Vibracoustic procedure (APQP/VC ProMap).
  • Manage RFQ independently including all internal and external activities.
  • Take full responsibility for the project results in terms of quality, cost and timing in all phases of the project from RFQ to EOP.
  • Ensure effective communication within the project team - Execute regular project reviews (internal/external) and report on project status.
  • Professional interaction with Top Management to provide management summary of project status.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or other technical subject
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management and Application Engineering role, successful management of projects
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures
  • AVS/NVH product know-how is an advantage
