Full Job Description
The Senior Analytics Engineering Developer transforms raw data into analytics-ready datasets, leading the design and development of scalable data models within the silver layer of the medallion architecture. This role ensures data quality, consistency, and performance while guiding best practices in analytics engineering and BI modeling. The position partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions and provides technical leadership across analytics engineering capabilities.

This is a Full Time, hybrid, Senior Analytics Engineering Developer role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do
  • Designs, builds, and optimizes scalable data models following established standards
  • Develops advanced SQL and dbt models, tests, and transformations
  • Leads BI modeling and semantic layer development

  • Maintains and improves data lineage, cataloging, and metadata standards

  • Uses version control systems (Git) to support structured and collaborative development
