What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, plays a critical role in monitoring and interpreting laws, regulations, and policies to ensure organizational adherence. This position involves researching compliance issues, developing and updating policies, and collaborating with leadership to address potential gaps. The role supports regulatory forecasting, impact assessments, and the preparation of comprehensive reports for senior management. By providing expert guidance and fostering strong partnerships across the business, the analyst advances compliance strategies and promotes ethical standards that align with company values and operational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Monitor and analyze laws, regulations, and policies to identify compliance and ethics risks within the specialty area.
  • Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership and senior managers.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, prepare detailed reports, and recommend resolutions to address identified gaps.
  • Manage legislative assessment strategies, including tracking proposed legislation and evaluating business impacts.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory trends and support long-term compliance forecasting and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance solutions and measure effectiveness through metrics and reporting.


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or a related area.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and consistently follow through on commitments.
  • 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting import operations.
  • Any experience working with Harmonized Tariff codes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
