About the team: The Seller Identity Compliance team is essential to maintaining Walmart's Marketplace integrity. This team manages seller onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Their work prevents fraud, mitigates risks, and supports a secure, efficient experience for sellers and customers. By driving adherence to ethical standards and operational excellence, the team fosters a trusted marketplace environment aligned with Walmart's commitment to responsible business practices and continuous improvement.
What you'll do: - Monitor and research laws, regulations, and policies relevant to specialty compliance and ethics, ensuring timely updates and communication to leadership and associates.
- Develop, draft, and update compliance policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with senior management.
- Identify compliance risks and gaps, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for resolution and follow-up actions.
- Lead legislative assessment strategies by evaluating proposed regulations and their business implications, supporting long-term regulatory forecasting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory trends, managing impact assessments and advising leadership on compliance strategies.
- Develop metrics to measure compliance effectiveness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
