Full Job Description
The Revenue Management Senior Analyst supports the development and execution of revenue management strategies designed to maximize revenue and profitability across the organization's products and markets. This role analyzes business performance, forecasts demand, develops reporting and insights, and partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and other commercial teams to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. This is a newly created role reflecting the growth of the US organization. 4 days / week onsite in office in Miami, FL, 1 day remote. Your Impact
  • Performs analysis of booking trends, demand, pricing, inventory, promotions and other key revenue management metrics to support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Optimize yields through pricing strategies and inventory management
  • Monitor ship inventory and make strategic pricing and promotions recommendations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Create new reports to assist with decision-making as necessary.
  • Quote charter opportunities and incentive groups.
  • Provide frequent performance updates to senior leadership during weekly US Business Review Meetings.
  • Perform regular competitive benchmarking and product analysis to update recommendations based on trends and using business judgement.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of forecasting, demand analysis, pricing, and performance-monitoring tools.
  • Test prices and promotions in various booking tools and check new pricing for accuracy and consistency across channels.
  • Create promotional evaluations with details of rates, terms & conditions, and validity for sales and special offers, to distribute to all departments for reference.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing coaching, training, and analytical support to strengthen team capabilities and drive professional development.
  • Design and maintain reporting solutions and interactive dashboards that improve visibility into key business metrics, trends, and performance drivers.
  • Own sailing-level forecasting and budget planning for assigned Caribbean product lines, identifying risks and opportunities to support financial and commercial objectives. Proactively look to make process improvements and reporting enhancements for higher efficiency and ease of use.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses, data forensics, and data hygiene tasks as needed.
Your Journey so far
  • Bachelor's Degree required; major in Business, Economics, Finance, or other analytics-intensive fields a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial, Finance, or Marketing a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. It is crucial that the candidate have the ability to determine high-level insights to call out to upper management, as well as the ability to lay out detailed information to other audiences with technical clarity.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to details. Must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once and adaptable when needs change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - our team works closely with other departments within the US office and other teams in Geneva and Naples on a daily basis.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power BI - comfortable manipulating data and maintaining large spreadsheets with high level of accuracy.
  • Cruise industry Revenue Management experience is a plus
  • Experience with building complex models, DAX, SAP Business Objects and macros is a plus.
  • Experience with writing SQL queries a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and/or within a team
