The Senior Analyst, Research & Data Scientist plays a critical role in advancing healthcare outcomes by leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous research methodologies. This position is responsible for designing, conducting, and interpreting complex analyses that inform strategic decisions and policy development within the health care and social assistance sector. The role requires synthesizing large datasets from diverse sources to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and support evidence-based interventions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, policy makers, and IT professionals, is essential to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, research, or data science within the healthcare or social assistance industry.
