Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Services

Exton, PA , Hartford, CT, New York, NY, or Morristown, NJ

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a member of Regulatory Compliance Services (RCS) team part of AXA XL's Underwriting Excellence team. The RCS team services a wide variety of compliance regulatory needs for our North American business.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
  • Submit via SERFF new product filings, product enhancements, and bureau reference filings to U.S. insurance regulators. You will be involved in reviewing state objections and working with actuary, business units and other staff within the team to assist in the drafting of state objection responses.
  • Review Bureau Circulars for Commercial P&C business. Coordinate required actions to comply with state requirements. This responsibility includes but is not limited to: Analyze bureau circulars/bulletins in a timely manner to determine the impact on companies' rates, rules, and forms. Provide accurate information to the relevant business units so that they can remain current with industry filings and make informed product decisions.
  • Communicate to IT teams all product changes to ensure systems are updated based on state filings approvals.


You will report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance Services.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $64,600- $107,300.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
