Job Overview:The Senior Overlay Analyst is a critical member of the Overlay Portfolio Management Group (OPMG) and is responsible for the day-to-day management and trading of LPL's centrally managed platforms. The Senior Overlay Analyst ensures that all accounts are managed in-line with the selected investment strategies. In addition, the Senior Overlay Analyst develops and maintains regular and ad-hoc reports that allow LPL Leadership to better monitor and understand the drivers of the Centrally Managed Platforms. The Senior Overlay Analyst is a leader among the team, providing coaching and mentorship and guidance to other Analysts.
Responsibilities:- Acts as a team lead, providing coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to analysts while supporting team priorities and operational execution.
- Designs, develops, and oversees the execution of trading and operational processes across LPL's centrally managed platforms.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on portfolio management strategies, platform workflows, and operational procedures.
- Leads and contributes to cross-functional projects, platform enhancements, and business initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Research and resolve complex operational issues, escalations, and trading-related exceptions.
- Drives process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, controls, and risk management.
- Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and collaborate with partners across Wealth Management and the broader enterprise to implement solutions.
- Supports leadership on strategic initiatives, incident response, and other high-priority operational objectives.

Requirements:- Series 7 and 65 (or 66) licenses
- 5+ years of experience working in the financial industry and/or processing in a high volume and deadline-driven environment
- 3+ years of Fixed Income Overlay trading experience working with various groups such as Fixed Income Desk, Recon, Offshore, etc.

Pay Range: $95,996.00 - $159,959.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
