About the team: The Pre-Arbitration team plays a vital role in resolving complex driver disputes by thoroughly investigating cases related to deactivations, earnings, and worker classification. This team collaborates closely with Legal and cross-functional partners to ensure fair and compliant outcomes. Analysts utilize multiple data sources and evidence types to support objective decision-making. The team is committed to maintaining detailed records, meeting service standards, and delivering timely communication throughout the dispute resolution process, contributing to effective operations and positive stakeholder experiences.
What you'll do: - Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives and ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project objectives while communicating status and resource availability.
- Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering to drive project outcomes and operational improvements.
- Identify root causes, recommend solutions, and take corrective actions to optimize processes and project results.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align efforts with business needs and support continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
