Full Job Description
The Sr Analyst, Order to Cash (OTC) is a key contributor within T-Mobile's Magenta Service Center (MSC), serving as the subject matter resource for payment impacts across enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. This role analyzes initiatives to identify payment impacts, collaborates with teams across the enterprise to build out requirements, test cases and identifies and implements solutions to gaps or risks surfaced during design and testing. The Sr Analyst ensures enterprise initiatives are properly assessed, validated, and implemented without disruption to payment operations. Job Responsibilities • Serves as Payment SME for Enterprise Initiatives: Analyzes enterprise projects to determine payment impacts, acting as the go-to resource on payment implications for project and operations teams. • Builds Requirements and Test Cases: Develops working requirements and test cases for payment-impacting initiatives, ensuring changes are properly scoped and validated before and during implementation. • Identifies and Implements Solutions: Identifies root causes of gaps or risks surfaced during initiative design and testing and works with impacted teams to implement solutions before initiatives move to production. • Collaborates Across Payment Teams: Partners closely with Payment Operations, Reconciliation, and Accounting to validate assumptions and confirm requirements and test cases reflect real operational needs. • Maintains Documentation and Communicates Status: Keeps requirements, test cases, and related documentation current, and provides clear updates to stakeholders on impact assessments and testing progress.
