Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of PositionThe Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence will be responsible for analyzing data center and technology market trends and developing market intelligence for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development. This role involves analyzing and synthesizing market data, defining and tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven insights regarding data centers and the broader data economy. The Senior Analyst Market Intelligence will report directly to the Senior Manager, Data Economy Strategy and will play a critical role in supporting Constellation's corporate strategy and advancing our strategic growth initiatives.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities- Analyze data center market trends and developing market intelligence for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Track key developments, events, and metrics to understand data center market trends and develop actionable insights.
- Create and maintain market analyses, data sets, and reports to monitor and communicate market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of the data center market and its key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze key data sources, including news wires, earnings calls, company disclosures, regulatory filings, and data center facilities, to gather relevant market intelligence.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, sustainability, or related field
- 5-years of experience in finance, market intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in the data center market and broader data economy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with ability to interpret and clearly convey complex information
- Ability to effectively manage and plan projects and resources collaboratively and independently
- Creative thinker, intellectually curious, innovative and strategic
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to use best judgment in critical decision making
- Strong team player with a desire to explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously seek out opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, with experience integrating multiple datasets
