Your Impact on our MissionAs a Senior Analyst, IT Procurement , you'll play a critical role in strengthening Zocdoc's vendor
and procurement operations. You will manage contract negotiations, oversee renewals, and
ensure new vendors are onboarded in line with compliance and business standards. Working
closely with our IT Procurement Manager, you'll not only drive tactical procurement outcomes
but also help refine how our procurement function operates at scale.

Your day to day is...• Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors.
• Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms.
• Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation.
• Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards.
• Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation.
• Supporting IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed.
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement policies, processes, and vendor engagement.
You'll be successful in this role if you have...• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or
SaaS focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort working independently in a contractor capacity while aligning to team objectives

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity.
Remote Base Salary Range
$71,600-$108,300 USD
