About The Role The Analyst, Workday HRIS role is responsible for configuration, system maintenance, and tenant management across the Workday platform. This position will initially focus on supporting our Workday implementation to success, then transition to continuous support and optimization of Workday. The role combines technical expertise with analytical problem-solving skills to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and optimal functionality through effective collaboration with stakeholders.

What You'll Do- Serve as point of contact for assigned modules, managing system maintenance, configuration, and user access while ensuring the protection of sensitive HR data
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve system defects and issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions while proactively keeping end-users aware of status
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, security, process efficiency, and accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration, and user training
- Support and promote adoption of global best practices and standards
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes across multiple modules to support HR operations and business requirements
- Assess, configure, and migrate system changes through development, test, and production environments
- Maintain overall system hygiene and health through regular audits and proactive monitoring
- Coordinate and execute bi-annual Workday system releases, including testing new features, documenting changes, and communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Manage change control and release management processes to ensure smooth deployment of system updates and enhancements
- Ensure security best practices are followed and access is appropriately granted based on business needs
- Create and update reports using Workday reporting tools to provide insights and support business decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR leadership, HRIS, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and local market HR teams to support system initiatives and business process initiatives
- Participate in the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for our Workday ecosystem
- Complete continuing education to maintain domain and product knowledge

What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, or HR Operations roles
- Workday configuration experience and functional knowledge of Workday's Time Off and Absence module
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with change management and release management processes
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification(s) in one or more modules (Core HCM, Absence, Performance, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Workday business process configuration, security administration, and integration tools
- Proficiency with Workday reporting tools including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and dashboards
- Knowledge of the Workday Security framework including security groups, roles, and domain security configuration
- Experience with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and data management
- Knowledge of integration platforms and API concepts
- Experience working in a global professional services or consulting environment
- Prior experience with Workday implementations or system migrations
- Familiarity with multiple Workday modules and cross-functional processes
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Track record of building and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships

CompensationMinimum Pay: $90,500
Maximum Pay: $155,000
