What will your typical day look like?The
Senior Analyst, Global Technology Procurement plays a vital role in supporting Managers and Senior Managers in translating CoRe Procurement category strategies into actionable insights and project outcomes. In this role, there will be an opportunity to interact with the leading Technology Organizations in the industry, support complex contract negotiations and executing end-to-end sourcing events within the very fast paced Technology category (including SaaS software, Cloud Service Providers, and AI).
Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and maintain procurement project plans, sourcing schedules, milestones, and status reports to support the timely execution of procurement activities.
- Negotiation Support: Support contract negotiation strategies and results.
- Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce spend by driving more category-level sourcing events.
- Initiative Management: Manage multiple smaller procurement initiatives concurrently, monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement follow-up actions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Pipeline, Savings and Value Tracking: Track procurement pipelines, monitor savings initiatives, and prepare reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Dashboards & Analytics: Prepare procurement dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, maintain project documentation, and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with colleagues and internal clients to ensure actions are aligned with Master Category Strategies and business unit objectives.

Enough about us, let's talk about you- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
- Demonstrable experience in procurement, project management, or analytical role, with an appetite to gain expertise in the Technology category.
- Familiarity with the strategic procurement process, software contracting in a large global organization is preferred.
- Experience in contract negotiations and RFx's.
- Strong administrative, project management, and analytical skills; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, communicate clearly and deliver results in a deadline-driven working environment.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
