Full Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Fulfillment Strategy supports the integration of AI-driven fulfillment solutions, with a focus on optimizing product assortment and improving delivery speed. This role contributes to high-priority fulfillment initiatives by providing strategic insights, evaluating performance, and helping shape recommendations that drive business outcomes.

The analyst partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and Online Merchants to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into actionable recommendations, influencing key decisions across the organization.

This position plays a critical role in evaluating fulfillment models through the lens of new technologies, identifying opportunities to optimize product assortment decisions and delivery speed. Through a combination of analytical rigor and strategic thinking, the role helps align stakeholder priorities to drive the successful rollout of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 30% Partner with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants to analyze business drivers, provide insightful assessments and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • 40% Track and measure business performance via execution of key daily, weekly and monthly reporting; seek out opportunities to continuously improve reporting efforts.
  • 30% Contribute to projects and new initiatives with further strategic business objectives.


Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
  • Position reports to Sr Manager, Merchandise Planning-Online
  • No direct reports


Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • No travel required


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, product, or operations strategy
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or operational analytics with experience analyzing online performance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business leadership to drive alignment
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in a retail or supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in BigQuery or comparable database
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and identify actionable insights
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
