What\'s the position?

We are seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst to join our Fraud Operations team. This role will serve as a primary lead within the team, ensuring that fraud risks are effectively mitigated while also playing a key role in assisting the Fraud Supervisors with the training/shadowing and onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong fraud detection skills, along with a passion for developing team members and driving operational excellence.

  • Analyst will be responsible for validating and verifying customer documentation when further verification is necessary. As well as verification of account ownership.
  • Reviewing customers\' financial transaction history. Including but not limited to, financial records, bank statements, and credit card statements.
  • Validating fraud alerts that are generated by our fraud prevention tools and systems.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and prepare comprehensive investigative summaries to support and prove scenarios of fraud.
  • Create and manage internal controls and generate incident reports.
  • Lead training sessions and assist with onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior analysts, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  • Act as a secondary point of escalation for complex fraud issues within the team.

  • 2+ years of work experience in fraud prevention, fraud operations, or risk management within the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime is preferred.
  • Good investigation skills, sound judgement and the ability to review and interpret data and activity to make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of gambling and sports betting, and how customers engage with those products, is an advantage.
  • Analytical skill set, with the ability to communicate.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and triaging complicated matters related to customer inquiries.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching or mentoring team members is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to execute, write/modify queries to analyze fraud data and generate reports.
