As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll uncover what's driving performance, challenge the numbers and help shape what comes next. Partnering across Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain and E-commerce, you'll bring financial insights to the conversations that matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working with business teams to consolidate inputs, maintain accuracy, and understand key business drivers.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning, while helping translate financial data into meaningful insights.
  • Monitor performance against budget and forecast, analyze variances, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, margins, and other key performance indicators.
  • Partner with teams across Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce to understand business needs and provide financial analysis that supports day-to-day and longer-term decisions.
  • Prepare management reporting and contribute to improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to make information clearer, more efficient, and easier to use.
