this could be your next move.Key Responsibilities- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working with business teams to consolidate inputs, maintain accuracy, and understand key business drivers.
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning, while helping translate financial data into meaningful insights.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, analyze variances, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, margins, and other key performance indicators.
- Partner with teams across Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce to understand business needs and provide financial analysis that supports day-to-day and longer-term decisions.
- Prepare management reporting and contribute to improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to make information clearer, more efficient, and easier to use.
QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
- Comfortable working in Excel and organizing, consolidating, and validating financial data from multiple sources.
- Analytical and curious, with the ability to interpret financial information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
- Bilingual in French and English to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across Canada.
