Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce & Omnichannel Analyst to reimagine performance reporting and insights for Canada Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and Loyalty. You'll help shape how data is defined, built, and used to drive decisions across Digital, Retail, and Marketing. You'll partner closely with Canada business leaders and US/Global Analytics teams, using modern data platforms, dashboards, and AI‑enabled tools to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll report to the Director of Ecommerce & Omnichannel, Canada and operate as the trusted analytics advisor within a small, fast‑growing team. About the Job
  • Manage performance reporting and insights for Canada Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and Loyalty.

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting across Ecommerce site and app, omni capacities (SFS, BOPIS, Returns), digital marketing and Loyalty

  • Translate complex data into clear, frelevant insights for senior partners.

  • Evolve Canada‑specific KPIs and dashboards as platforms mature.

  • Design dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or enterprise BI tools.

  • Partner with Global and Regional Analytics teams to align with standards while meeting local needs.

  • Support digital marketing measurement, including campaign performance, attribution, funnel metrics, and on‑site behavior.

  • Leverage SQL and modern data platforms to explore new data sources and unlock insights.

  • Drive adoption of self‑service analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.

  • Act as a visible analytics partner, representing the Canada point of view with US and Global teams.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.

  • Bachelor's degree in a data‑related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Hands‑on SQL skills; able to write and explain complex queries. Advanced Excel skills; Python experience is a plus.

  • Experience working with modern data platforms (GCP / BigQuery a plus).

  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Experience with ecommerce, omnichannel, or loyalty metrics.

  • Synthesize data into concise, executive‑ready insights.

  • Comfortable influencing partners across departments and geographies.

  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to apply automation and AI‑enabled analytics to business problems.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Markham, Ontario office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,400 - $135,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
