Full Job Description
Overview

Dysrupt is looking for a Senior Analyst, Media & Insights who's obsessed with turning performance data into stories that move clients and campaigns forward. You'll be the connective thread between our activation teams, client leads, and platform partners, ensuring that every insight is sharp, actionable, and rooted in real business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics and performance marketing: less "hardcore data science," more cleaning, organizing, analyzing, and translating data into insights that help our clients win. You'll own reporting for your assigned accounts, elevate measurement practices, and be a go-to resource for helping the team understand what happened, why, and what to try next.

Responsibilities
  • Own Reporting & QA: Build, maintain, and quality-check dashboards and recurring reports that track performance across paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Tell the Performance Story: Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations that help clients understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next.
  • Partner With Activation: Work closely with media buyers to connect platform signals, optimizations, and pacing to the story behind performance.
  • Enhance Measurement Practices: Contribute to measurement plans, testing frameworks, and strategies that push clients toward smarter, more incremental learning.
  • Maintain Data Hygiene: Work with publishers, internal teams, and data partners to validate data feeds, flag discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Build Client-Ready Outputs: Develop clean, compelling deliverables (reports, decks, visuals) that make complex data digestible.
  • Contribute to Innovation: Support the development of new reporting templates, best practices, and data workflows to make Dysrupt faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in digital media analytics, performance reporting, or ad-tech data functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to form hypotheses, investigate patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • A natural storyteller, able to simplify complexity and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with platform-level data from Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and/or DV360.
  • Hands-on familiarity with dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Datorama, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working with datasets from multiple sources.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data QA habits.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive, curious, "figure-it-out" mindset, you don't just spot problems, you lean in to solve them.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Exposure to incrementality testing, lift studies, brand studies, or basic measurement frameworks.
  • Experience in SQL or Python is a plus
  • Comfort presenting insights to clients or senior stakeholders.
