Rate of Pay: $115,000 - $126,000/year
Job Duties: Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Create Alteryx workflows. Build Tableau-based visualization dashboards for analyzing metrics. Work closely with leadership to create and improve business strategies using insights derived from data analysis. Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives and improve performance. Lead critical projects. Stay updated on medical technology industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing insights to support strategic decisions. Develop concise, persuasive reports and presentations for senior management, emphasizing key findings and recommendations.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in a Senior Analyst, Digital Sales Strategy-related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
1. Business analysis in the medical technology and healthcare sectors;
2. Data analysis reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx;
3. SAP, BW, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses;
4. Python and statistics (Descriptive and Inferential);
5. Analytics, including predictive, diagnostic, descriptive, and prescriptive;
6. Medical Technology regulation ISO 9001 to support quality management, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance; and
7. FDA-regulated Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
- This position is eligible for benefits to include medical, dental, vision and time off, as well as any others as provided for in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
