The Senior Analyst Digital Commerce Merchandising contributes to TaylorMade Golf's success by partnering with the US merchandising, Go-to-Market (GTM), product enrichment, and Global Digital Commerce teams, as well as regional digital commerce partners, to understand and champion how products are launched and merchandised, then ensuring regional eCommerce partners across all markets are aligned, equipped, and executing to the same high standard. Spanning TaylorMade's B2C eCommerce sites and consumer-facing App, this role is central to scaling best practices globally and ensuring every product launch is executed flawlessly - delivering a best-in-class consumer experience regardless of region or application. This person serves as the key enabler between global headquarters strategy and regional execution, with a relentless focus on consistency, quality, and precision across every market.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the US merchandising, GTM, product enrichment, and Global Digital Commerce teams to develop a deep understanding of product launch plans, merchandising strategies, platform capabilities, and site standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional eCommerce partners across EMEA, APAC, and other markets, providing the guidance, direction, and support needed to execute product launches and merchandising plans consistently and on time
  • Proactively communicate with regional partners and all cross-functional stakeholders, delivering clear launch plans, timelines, updates, and expectations well in advance to ensure every market is prepared and aligned
  • Translate global launch plans and merchandising strategy into clear, actionable documentation and direction that regional teams can execute against
  • Monitor and review regional execution of product launches and merchandising standards, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or misalignments before they impact the consumer experience
  • Capture and codify merchandising best practices from the US and leading markets into repeatable playbooks, launch checklists, and training materials for regional use
  • Conduct regular check-ins with regional eCommerce partners to assess merchandising health, share updates from HQ teams, and reinforce global launch and presentation standards
  • Partner with the Global Digital Commerce team to stay current on new and upcoming SFCC platform capabilities, ensuring regional teams are informed and supported in adopting enhancements
  • Perform hands-on setup and configuration directly within SFCC Business Manager as needed, including initial product and catalog setup, to support regional merchandising capabilities and ensure regions are set up for a successful launch
  • Collaborate closely with the product enrichment team to bridge the gap between product enrichment and consumer-facing product launches, ensuring enriched product content is accurate, complete, and ready to support merchandising execution across all regions
  • Partner with the design team to ensure creative assets are developed, organized, and shared globally in a timely manner to support regional merchandising strategies and go-to-market activities
  • Serve as the global merchandising SME for regional partners, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support as needed
  • Bring regional feedback and market-specific context back to US and HQ teams to help inform global launch planning, site strategy, and platform development priorities
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of regional eCommerce partners on global merchandising standards, SFCC tools, and product launch processes
  • Inspect regional product pages, catalog setups, and promotional executions to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with global brand and UX standards
  • Build strong relationships across regional and HQ teams to foster accountability and ensure alignment on global merchandising priorities
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising principles, digital product launches, and online retail best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Business Manager, with the ability to perform catalog setup, product configuration, and merchandising tasks directly within the platform
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple regions and workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional communicator who proactively keeps all partners and stakeholders informed with clear, structured updates, plans, and expectations
  • Natural relationship builder, comfortable working with both the Global Digital Commerce team and business-side regional partners
  • Able to absorb complex launch plans and merchandising strategies and distill them into clear, practical direction for a variety of stakeholders
  • Collaborative by nature, with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating across global time zones and managing competing priorities across markets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot execution gaps and inconsistencies across regional sites
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the initiative to identify issues before they impact launches and bring solutions to the table
  • Eager to learn and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related digital commerce role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Business Manager required
  • Experience working with or coordinating across international or multi-regional teams strongly preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, or other eCommerce analytics tools highly preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
  • Normal office conditions with consistent computer usage
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary to support global team coordination across time zones
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials


TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
