Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for aSenior Analyst Deliver Excellence to be based at Somerset, NJ with consideration for Shepherdsville, Kentucky & Titusville, New Jersey.

Overall purpose of job:

As part of Janssen PCM & Deliver, the End to End Integration Lead is responsible for leading the US NPIs, evaluating/implementing US Commercial Strategic Initiatives and management of product change activities, rest of world new product introductions (NPI) for Janssen Deliver. This position is responsible for collaborating across Janssen Supply Chain (Value Chain Management, Planning and Customer Management), Data Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Regional Deliver Operations (Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service & Channel Operation, and IT) to ensure alignment of regional priorities to global and E2E strategies of Janssen. This position represents Customer and Deliver requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management and inbound and outbound processes. Specifically, this could include input to product management and/or new product development, inventory strategy to the customer, acquisitions and divestitures, and/or recall/withdrawal management. This position will champion process standardization while appropriately shaping Deliver solutions to meet both customer and franchise needs. This position will also collaborate as needed with global Deliver resources to achieve franchise goals and objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Deliver lead on Commercial and Supply Chain New Product Management/Launch, Commercial Strategic Initiatives, as well as product changes that flow through FDC and KDC.
  • Leads strategic requests from business partners for new business models and capabilities, exceptions to typical Deliver processes, and/or order management processes and strategies.
  • Shapes Deliver capabilities to meet growth objectives through global connections to Deliver resources worldwide by collaborating and integrating with Deliver business partners.
  • Lead/Support Customer focused product supply strategies.
  • Support Field actions.
  • Support BCP activities.
  • Metric management, improvement, and strategy development in collaboration with Deliver Strategies and Capabilities.
  • Develop and execute overall project plan, project deliverables and timeline using approved project methodology where applicable.
  • Identify opportunities in Value Creation, providing innovative options and overseeing the franchise component of the implementation of new solutions.
  • Drive business process/cost/service improvements needed to enhance business results by supporting implementation opportunities.
  • Understanding of ERP system capabilities, quality, and business processes.
  • Identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs.

  • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects.
  • Lead cross-company/cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance.

Essential knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Supply Chain experience is required.
  • Proven Project experience is required —PMP and/or FPX certification preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain.
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value.
  • Solid problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills.
  • LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS training or certification is preferred • Proficient in English (written and oral)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
