Hybrid - Boston, MA: Collegium will relocate its headquarters to One Lincoln in downtown Boston in Q1 2027. Until the move, this role will be based at our current headquarters in Stoughton, MA. Employees are required to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, both before and after the relocation.
POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Analyst, Data Science & Business Analytics will build and maintain data models, dashboards, and forecasts that answer key business questions and support performance reporting across the Commercial organization, with a particular focus on national performance and marketing analytics. This role will apply creative, hypothesis-driven approaches to uncover actionable insights and help the Commercial team identify opportunities, risks, and execution priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop creative, hypothesis-driven data science and advanced analytics to identify national trends, business drivers, performance gaps, and opportunities for Commercial action
- Build and maintain marketing analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and promotional activity and inform marketing investment decisions
- Create clear, actionable performance reporting across the Commercial organization, including recurring and ad hoc outputs such as opportunity assessments and business reviews to track national and marketing performance
- Support demand forecasting to inform business planning
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches, insights, and recommended next steps
- Improve efficiency and accuracy through automation, process improvements, and expanded use of AI

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of analytical experience, including SQL, Power BI, data modeling, dashboards, and large or complex databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or Amazon Redshift)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning preferred
- Experience with marketing analytics, including campaign or promotional measurement and translating findings into investment recommendations, preferred
- Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted analytics tools for analysis, coding, automation, or insight generation preferred
- Able to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, business relevance, and reproducibility while applying responsible AI practices for privacy, security, governance, and sensitive data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and leadership
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data quality, accuracy, and documentation
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, claims, payer, wholesaler, field activity, or CRM data) preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
