This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact- Collaborate with client teams to define precise business requirements for data analysis projects
- Design metrics, create data visualizations and establish ETL requirements to support strategic objectives
- Extract, clean and engineer data to prepare for thorough analysis
- Interpret complex datasets, develop hypotheses and craft analytical approaches to address business needs
- Utilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-readable reports using platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI and Excel
- Acquire and integrate new reference data sources to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop and Implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIS, Event based systems, and other internal and external systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling presentations and data visualizations
- Develop impactful analyses and dashboards that are recognized as industry leading
- Foster strong partnerships with cross functional groups to enhance collaborative outcomes
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Experience- 5+ years of experience within a data platform or data analysis environment
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing products or services environment
Skills- Proficient at analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
- Skilled at decision making and problem solving under pressure
- Effective at prioritizing and organizing tasks
- Advanced knowledge of analytics processes and reporting design principles
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and .NET.
- Skilled in design and implementation of business integrations and with data visualization tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
