The Impact You'll Make

Are you an experienced CRM specialist with a passion for enabling sales processes?

We are seeking a Senior Professional, CRM & Sales Process to be a key player in the success of our global teams. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales processes and our CRM system, ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experience.

This position does require being onsite at our Ames, IA or Plymouth, MN locations. The salary range is $77,000 - $92,000 based on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the CRM Guru: You will be the go-to person for our global colleagues, providing expert support and troubleshooting on our sales processes in our CRM system.
  • Drive Efficiency and Improvement: Collaborate with and consult process owners and managers to identify and implement innovative solutions that improve and streamline our processes.
  • Master Our Data: Take charge of our CRM data. You'll be responsible for complex data maintenance, including extracting, analyzing, transforming, and loading large datasets to ensure data integrity and support our business goals.
  • Empower Our Teams: Develop and update internal documentation and training materials to help our colleagues master our sales processes and CRM system.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with a diverse range of teams, from sales and customer service to IT and quality, to ensure our CRM system is a powerful tool for everyone.


What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with business process in a CRM platform (Salesforce is a plus!), with a deep understanding of its data model.
  • Strong data handling skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or a similar tool (and experience with datasets of over 100,000 records).
  • A solid understanding of relational databases and the ability to work with data from multiple tables.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
  • A critical thinker with a passion for quality, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to support others.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
