Full Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Sr. Analyst, Creative Solutions supports the advancement of The Home Depot's creative innovation agenda through technology enablement, automation, and data-driven insights. This role helps identify, implement, and optimize tools and processes that enhance creative efficiency, quality, and scalability across channels. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Solutions, this role bridges creative execution and technical capability-helping the Creative Marketing organization work smarter through improved systems, templates, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
o 10% - Creative Governance- Document best practices and maintain process libraries to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
o 20% - Data & Performance Insights - Collect, analyze, and visualize data from creative systems to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
o 30% - Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Partner with creative, production, and marketing teams to introduce new features and operationalize scalable templates, toolkits, and standards.
o 30% - Technology Enablement & Platform Optimization - Support implementation and maintenance of creative technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront, AEM, DAM, or AI-based creative tools). Serve as a subject-matter resource for tool usage, troubleshooting, and training documentation.
o 10% - Training and Development - Assist in training or onboarding new team members, agencies, or vendors on Creative Solutions tools and workflows.

Travel Requirements:
o Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
o Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
o Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years of age or older
o Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
o Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, After Effects and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a business-related field preferred.
o 2-4 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing digital production environment preferred.
o Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and digital asset management systems.
o Strong analytical, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.

o The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
