About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy and Analytics team. This role sits at the center of the business, translating messy real-world operating data into clear decisions that drive our operational health and member experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Analytics, you will own the end-to-end analysis of how our locations operate and how our members behave.
What Might Your Day Look LikeIt is Tuesday morning and you are diving into a new project focused on member upgrade cycles. We want to know exactly how and when an Access member decides to grow into a Private Office user. The data is not perfectly packaged, so you start by pulling raw usage and billing data, cleaning it up, and building a logic-heavy model from a blank Excel sheet. You use an AI tool to enrich the data that's missing key enrichment.
By the afternoon, you are on a call with Regional Directors to pressure-test your assumptions and get their on-the-ground perspective. You realize the story is getting complicated, so you synthesize your findings into a crisp, executive-ready presentation. You are not just showing them a chart; you are telling them exactly which member cohorts we should target for upgrades next quarter.
What You Will Own- Unit Health Analysis: You will surface performance insights at the unit level, evaluating key metrics like yield per square foot and flow-through.
- Retention Intelligence: You will analyze patterns in churn rates and cohort data to predict member behavior and activate proactive save playbooks.
- Member Segmentation: You will create member cohorts based on industry and company size to directly inform our sales strategy and addressable market sizing.
- Executive Storytelling: You will translate complex, unstructured data into clear narratives and presentations for senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: You will collaborate deeply with Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure your insights drive actual business decisions.
You Will Love This Role If...- You are a self-starter who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems more than running predefined reports.
- You thrive in the gray areas and are perfectly comfortable starting with incomplete data and figuring out how to make it usable.
- You have a low ego and believe that sharing data and collaborating across teams yields the best results.
- You are naturally curious and care deeply about the actual business impact of your analysis, always asking "what happened next?"
- You take deep ownership of your work, digging in to fix a metric that looks wrong rather than just reporting it.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If...- You prefer a clearly defined playbook and need perfectly scoped tickets to start working.
- You find it frustrating when data is messy, unstructured, or requires significant cleaning before you can begin your analysis.
- You want to be in a massive, highly structured corporation where data pipelines are pristine and handed to you.
- You are highly protective or territorial over your models and prefer working in a silo.
What We Are Looking For- 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role such as Strategy, Operations Analytics, or Customer Insights
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with the ability to build dynamic models from a blank sheet.
- Strong storytelling ability, capable of translating complex data into clear arguments for executive audiences.
- Experience working with messy or imperfect datasets.
- A background in recurring revenue models, SaaS, hospitality, or real estate is highly preferred.
