The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics is accountable for providing business insights and analytics to enable the US commercial organization to develop and deliver its strategic objectives. This role is required to execute the day-to-day analytical and insight generation needs of the business.

This includes, but is not limited to; demand forecasting and modelling, analytical outputs to support annual budgeting and quarterly projections, product level knowledge to support sales teams and channel management teams, developing dashboards to track key strategic goals.

As an individual contributor, this role must work effectively to support the needs of multiple functions in the ADX North America region. They will be agile and action orientated, but equally focused on attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a downstream commercial team, supporting marketing and sales associates, and working cross-functionally.

Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of various data sources, systems, and business processes across all commercial activities such as SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities:
  • Support demand forecasting and revenue projections - AOP, annual budgeting, quarterly projections and monthly sales performance analysis
  • Support development of annual market models and update as necessary throughout the year to support multiple business processes
  • Produce periodic dashboards, tracking leading and lagging indicators to support the regional (directly) and global (indirectly) KDG management process
  • Provide specific SKU level master data to support distributor and sales team requests
  • Accountable for ensuring foundational data and data models are at a high quality for completeness, timeliness and accuracy by developing and implementing proactive data cleansing processes
  • Optimize and automate current portfolio of tools to provide accurate/timely data in a usable/automated format to visualize trends relative to analytics function.
  • Support the channel management process, inclusive of DIOH analysis and reporting, tracking of incentives and business impact, analysis of channel marketing programs, and analysis of channel projection strategies and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights to the business related to customer buying trends across GPOs, NRLs and Alternate Sites, both contracted and non-contracted sales
  • Provide Ad-hoc reporting to the marketing and sales functions, and key business partners


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical role supporting commercial operations - marketing and sales, ideally in a downstream capacity
  • Excellent analytical capabilities in Excel, Access, or SAS with solid business acumen
  • 10% Travel required for this position


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree major in technical field or engineering / business / marketing
  • Industry experience in laboratory industry, medical devices, or diagnostics


Compensation:

The expected Base Pay Range for this role is $104,700.00 - 167,500.00 Annual USD plus incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
