What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Claims Litigation, is responsible for managing complex workers' compensation and general liability claims, focusing on those involving litigation or potential litigation. This role involves reviewing claim reports, coordinating with internal and external legal partners, and overseeing litigation strategies to ensure timely and effective resolution. The position requires negotiation expertise, claims adjudication within authority limits, and compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst also mentors colleagues, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates across teams to align claims management with organizational goals and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Review initial claim reports to gather facts, documentation, and evidence for compensability or negligence assessment.
  • Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators to leadership for further investigation.
  • Manage complex workers' compensation and general liability claims, focusing on litigated or high-risk cases.
  • Collaborate with leadership and counsel to establish claim value, strategy, and resolution paths.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
