Who we are looking for:

This is an Infrastuture Lead/Mid-level Architect position in Automation/Artificial Intelligence team. Our primary objective is to drive A/AI efforts across STT's processes and functions; partner with business and technology teams to design and implement transformational A/AI across people, process and technology. As a member of the Global AI Team, the incumbent will partner with stakeholders across different business teams & regions, to identify opportunities, develop cutting edge technology solutions & work with business units and various other stakeholders to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of their processes, using levers Artificial Intelligence.

What you will be responsible for:

As an Officer you will contribute individually as well as lead GenAI /Agentic AI projects through your full-stack development and architecture expertise. This position requires a demonstrated excellence in system design and architecture, as well as individual contributions in development. You will work closely across business and IT, strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Lead Development projects independently and work with Business, IT and Infrastructure teams.
  • Work with a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers and QA engineers.
  • Drive rollout & deployment of "self-service" technology platforms.
  • Create MVPs; to assess feasibility and drive the automation strategy, to include all aspects of automation, AI and ML
  • Work with project management facilitating development, managing sprints.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture to present and review solution designs conforming to EA standards.
  • Create materials required to support future state execution (eg: Design and development artifacts, JIRA stories etc)
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, functions, teams, incumbent technology
  • Identify what's standard vs. bespoke, and what drives value for clients
  • Design an end-state that relies on the latest automation offerings
  • Ensure the team has the highest likelihood of success, and all risks are managed by demonstrating consistent and proactive ownership of assigned responsibilities for standard work products, version control, model lifecycle, and Quality Control


These skills will help you succeed in this role:
  • Hands on expertise on Python, FastAPI, Unix, Docker, Postgres, Lang Chain / Lang Graph, Kubernetes, Databricks, API Management, AWS and Azure
  • Design and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure Foundry, Open AI, Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, AWS agent core, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda and EKS
  • Experience in developing Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions, Fine tuning models, model selection, model evaluations and inferencing, frameworks and architectures
  • Agile development methodology, CI/CD Development environments and tools (GIT, Maven, Harnes, etc).
  • API Development for interoperable Cloud solutions including a deep focus on building the best of breed solutions which are used at scale across enterprise.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
  • Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus


Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology development or consulting on large-scale implementations in consulting or financial services industry.
  • Certification preferred in Cloud, AI & ML


Salary Range:
$90,000 - $157,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
