Full Job Description
We are an early stage startup on a mission to revolutionize how telecom companies engage with their customers. We are building an Agentic CRM platform, a next gen system that integrates LLM driven automation, real time data, and telecom operations to deliver intelligent, proactive, and deeply personalized customer experiences. If you have ever thought traditional CRMs were too rigid and reactive, you are going to love what we are building.

What you'll be doing:

-You will build and maintain AI infrastructure including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and real-time inference pipelines.

-You will collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI capabilities deeply into the CRM workflows.

-You will be responsible for owning the entire technology stack, building and scaling an agentic platform powered by LLMs and APIs, and guiding our technical roadmap to execution.

-Develop and maintain AI pipelines for inference and model fine-tuning

-Collaborate with product to design AI-driven workflows

-Build and deploy synthetic data generator (rule base and expandable)

-Implement data pipelines for structured and unstructured data

-Own infrastructure choices (cloud, data, devops) and oversee efficient execution from prototype to production.

-Establish development best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and compliance (esp. telecom grade standards).

-Explore and implement cutting edge AI tooling including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and observability systems.

-Collaborate closely with the CEO on technical positioning, platform strategy, and long-term innovation roadmap.

What you need:

-7+ yrs of data and AI engineering experience

-Hands on experience with LLMs, NLP, or applied AI systems

-Strong programming skills in Python, Java and experience with AWS S3, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

-Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, and real time processing

-Experience deploying AI models in cloud-native environments

-Deep expertise in full stack SaaS development backend, APIs, cloud, data systems

-Proven experience designing or scaling AI-integrated platforms (bonus for agentic systems, LLM orchestration, or RAG frameworks)

-Strong grasp of software architecture, distributed systems, and data pipelines

-Experience in telecom systems, OSS/BSS, or CPaaS APIs is a major plus

-A builder mindset comfortable going from whiteboard to code to customer feedback loops

-Knowledge of generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, etc.)

-Exposure to CRM or customer engagement platforms.

-Experience working with telecom provisioning, billing, or customer lifecycle systems.
