Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant II to accelerate business transformation through the practical application of Artificial Intelligence. Acting as Bell's AI translator between business challenges and technology solutions, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to rapidly transform ideas, requirements, and opportunities into practical AI-enabled business solutions. Leveraging strong business analysis, AI solutioning, and prompt engineering expertise, this individual will serve as the critical bridge between business needs, AI capabilities, and solution creation, helping accelerate solution delivery, improve productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on AI opportunities and use cases.
  • Lead AI-assisted discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
  • Transform business needs into user stories, workflows, and solution designs.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can improve employee productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Build rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable solutions to validate business value and support transition to enterprise-scale delivery.
  • Design, test and optimize prompts for Claude, Gemini, Copilot and similar platforms.
  • Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts to transform concepts into production-ready solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
  • Support business cases, value realization, and success measurements.
  • Champion AI adoption, change management, and responsible AI practices.


Critical Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Management, Solution Design, or Digital Transformation.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with Claude, Gemini, Copilot and similar platforms.
  • Experience building AI assistants, copilots, agent-based solutions, or AI workflows.
  • Knowledge of RAG, AI Agents, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Decision Intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into practical technology and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Platform, APIs, and Azure AI Services.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, and risk management.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
