Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineers to join our organization. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of process automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. The successful candidate must possess hands-on expertise in building scalable and robust automations, integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems, and troubleshooting complex automation issues. Additionally, familiarity with Agentic AI capabilities within UiPath and Microsoft Power platforms is highly desirable, including leveraging AI-powered agents to enhance automation intelligence and adaptability.
• Experience: RPA engineering, with a strong track record of end-to-end automation delivery.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in UiPath and MS Power Automate; ability to design, develop, and deploy automations using UiPath's Robotic Enterprise Framework.
• Cloud and Agentic AI: Demonstrated skills with UiPath Cloud and Agentic AI features to build intelligent, adaptive automations leveraging capabilities Maestro, Auto Pilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, Action Center, IXP, etc.. Similarly, for Engineers building automations using MS Power automate/apps (Power Component Framework; Canvas App; Model Driven; Power Automate Flows; Power Page; Power BI), MS Azure, AI Builder, MS CoPilot AI Agents, etc..
• Integration: Experience integrating RPA with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex automation scenarios.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-fu nctional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred candidates will be passionate about automation, eager to explore emerging AI-driven capabilities, and committed to delivering transformative business outcomes.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
