Full Job Description
The Role and What You'll Do:

The Harry Walker Agency is seeking a strategic Senior Agent to lead the development, management, and growth of a sophisticated revenue portfolio. The role reports into the Senior Vice President, Revenue, and will serve as the General Manager of an assigned Book of Business with accountability for revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, customer strategy, business development, market intelligence, and enterprise collaboration.

Our Senior Agents are enterprise leaders who manage portfolios, create opportunity, generate business intelligence, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to a common operating system that enables sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow an assigned revenue portfolio.
  • Manage a team comprised of an Agent and a Business Development Associate.
  • Develop strategic growth plans using customer segmentation and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Deliver executive business intelligence through Weekly Business | Pipeline | Revenue Review Reports.
  • Lead client relationships through the complete lifecycle.
  • Participate in Executive War Rooms and standardized operating cadences.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives.


You Have These:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in strategic sales, business development, consulting, media, entertainment, sports or professional services.
  • Director/Senior Director/VP/Principal-level leadership experience or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to present to C-suite executives, Boards, or private equity leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading $5M+ enterprise portfolios, enterprise transformation, and organizational change.
  • Experience building operating models, governance processes and executive business reviews.
  • Proven leadership competencies such as: Commercial Leadership, Business Acumen, Portfolio Management, Revenue Forecasting, Executive Communication, CRM & Data Discipline, Cross-functional Collaboration, Continuous Improvement.


Compensation:

The agent will receive a salary of $75,000 plus monthly commission based on revenue they brought into the agency through their efforts. Total compensation (salary + commission) is expected to be between $150,000 and $200,000 in the first year, but could be higher based off the commission amount earned by the agent.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:
$56,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
$75,000 annually
